TRH- How To Lower It, What It Is

Ray peat briefly mentioned TRH being a reason you can have high heart rate without good thyroid function and I'm kinda surprised no ones talked about it, unless it's really rare that it's ever actually a problem, so is there anywhere that explains TRH in depth.
