Opioidus, what was and is your ferritin levels?
Mine was 330, and I hade about the same symptoms as you. After 6 blood donations of 450ml my ferritin was 20, and I felt like myself again.

Can you touch more on this? Are you on thyroid medication? Did you get the same immediate reaction to T4?

I have the exact same symptoms as OP. First day I took Levothyroxine it was life changing, but the effects diminished after 4-5 days before it feels like Levothyroxine does nothing despite my thyroid levels being in range. T3 basically does nothing for me, I’ve taken 100mcg in a day and barely even notice an increase in body temp

My ferritin has been increasing over the years, it’s consistent in the high 200s, low 300s now. TIBC is consistently below range. I’m thinking I should be giving blood
