Quick question... After much searching online, this still seems like somewhat of an ambiguous area...
Does Ray Peat recommend to supplement with small amounts of thyroid glandular to enhance health generally, on an ongoing indefinite basis?
Or is this specifically something one should do to correct low metabolic rate, and then stop immediately as soon as body temp measurements, pulse, and symptoms are where they should be?
Is supplementing with thyroid glandular a good idea for EVERYONE, all the time--perhaps in small amounts? Or something to be stopped if you do not have overt signs of metabolic dysfunction?
