Temperature Reset à La Steve Richfield

I've been giving this a try the last few days. No T3 just having a hot bath in the morning and then wrapping up. The bath gets me up to 37.4 but i drop down to 36.8 after. Going to try a second coat today. I look ridiculous.

Came back from a cold walk outside. Oral temp 35.6, rectal temp 37.7! Breathing cold air must really cool the mouth.
