We've been taking Simply Progesterone orally for a while now, and we just noticed that the label says to apply it topically. Does it matter whether we do it topically or orally? Is there actually a significant difference in terms of absorption, or is it merely a matter of taste? Progesterone ought to hold up well in the digestive tract, shouldn't it?
