It's possibly cortisol warming you up. You could do this test and measure your pulse at the same time, otherwise the data is meaningless.

I suppose that might happen in those who start with a very low pulse, check out the links that I posted, they will explain it better than I can.but when your metabolic rate rise, isnt heartbeat also rise?

Ray would say Low thyroid. It doesn't indicate low cortisol, its probably high because your thyroid is low.my heart rate = 87
my temp = 95 fahrenheit
So rate = good.
Temp = low.
Whats this telling me? low cortisol and low thyroid?
