If you are getting enough electrolytes, you should be fine with white sugar, especially if you aren't hypo. Hypo wastes a lot of electrolytes.

Update: i replaced white sugar with fruits. I'm eating only 200 caloriew of white sugar now.
Sleep is better. I think i was missing nutrients.

Is it A or B? Sugar or Fruit. Starch or No Starch. Milk or No Milk, Etc Etc.
Keep asking, keep checking, adjust accordingly.
THAT is the much maligned and overly referenced "Ray Peat Diet" in action.

Thank u..yes, i did a lot of testing and tracking in my two months of peating..long story short..he has a valid point..my weight is stable on fruit and dairy..i gain weight on starch and meat..i sleep poorly on starch..i sleep deeply on fruit..the only thing i'd like to try is thyroid supps..but i dont know how to get them since my 'thyroid is not bad' according to doctors.

I currently started eating 4000 calories / day. Everytime, I drink water, it will be sugared. I will be having a 300g+ of total sugar / day intake.
Will report back.
So far, I'm fine with 260g of sugar.
