PUFA And Exercise

Hello all,

If periods of stress cause higher liberalization of PUFA from fat-stores, and it can take 30 days minimum on no-fat diet, or up to 4 years on a traditional "ray peat style" diet, to get rid of all the PUFA in your body, should we be avoiding exercise for at minimum 30 days, or for up to 4 years, depending on how long it takes for us to remove PUFA? I am specifically referring to weight-lifting.

Thanks!

As long as your glucose levels are sufficient and you don't deplete glucose in a workout, it generally should be fine to workout at moderate levels. Just don't deplete glucose entirely in a workout, as that will be highly stressful. Generally you should still feel energetic and able to perform more exercise by the time you're done. If you feel lethargic at the end of a workout, you over-did it.
