Hi I was diagnosed by 3 Urologists having Peyroines in march 2023. Deformity was noticed in October 2022, Pain noticed in shaft December 2022. They did physical exams only. No Ultrasound. One told me to take Vit E. One gave me 5mg Cialis and told me to buy a traction device. Since then I have bought a somecorrect VED, and a hanging 200g traction device to use as physical therapies. Before physical therapy I heat my penis with a rice sock. Then I reheat it after the therapy session.
I tested my T levels in March 2023 and they were quite low 250/1000.

For nutrition I usually have 3 meals a day. I am limiting my exposure to seed oils, and sugar. I am eating non dutched dark chocolate, and drinking matcha tea for anti oxidants. I am trying to consume salmon at least 3 times a week. I regularly eat beef chicken and eggs with a decent amount of cruciferous vegatables. Very little fruit and grains.

For exercise I have been focusing more on squats to increase T levels. I exercise 2 or 3 times a week. However my job is quite physical.

For supplements / medicine I am on the following: ( I would like to note I also take lisinipril for high blood pressure, this was started in march 2023 )
Baby aspirin because I had read it is anti fibrotic.
cialis 5mg for increased blood flow to to penis ( every other day )
MSM
Vit E
Tumeric
K2 as mk4 and mk7 with vit d3
Steel libido Red for nitric oxide boost https://www.evitamins.com/steel-libido-red-irwin-naturals-33889 ( every other day )

Since I started all the medicine and supplements I have noticed an increase in libido, almost no more penis pain, very strong erection quality however nothing has fixed the penis deformity.

I joined this forum to see if anyone else is suffering with this fibrotic disease and if they can offer other solutions to dissolve fibrotic tissue and reverse this deformity.

I refuse to touch xiaflex or undergo surgery as more penis trauma does not make any sense with a fibrotic disorder.

Thank you for reading.

Have you done any other research on the forum? How is your general posture? honestly i would focus on applying topically to the area maybe with DMSO + Vitamin E, Aloe vera...to ensure optimal absorption however be careful as its not like using water. As for oral supplementation probably fibrin-breaking substances such as serrapeptase enzymes, nattokinase, bromelain...the ones that come to mind.

Okay thank you. I have been reading about serrapeptase. However I can't find a definitive buying guide on here. I don't want to buy snake oil. There just seems to be too many sellers out there pushing it.
I am taking aspirin currently and I am wondering if adding Serraeptase is safe or not to add into an aspirin regime.

As for DSMO is that substance safe or could it do more damage to the penile tissue?

Do you have Peyroines?

DMSO is a safe and important therapeutic for the remediation and prevention of scar tissue anywhere. In combination with iodine can work wonders and quite quickly. Can even be used in eye drops it's so safe (I add 10% DMSO to my drops). I have used it for over 15 years in various applications. Read "DMSO Nature's Healer" by Dr Morton Walker

Thank you for this. The DMSO looks very good. I am already taking aspirin daily for Peyroines if it helps with Testosterone that is great too. Do you recommend mixing aspirin with baking soda before ingestion or taking a coated aspirin with a delayed release to by pass the stomach?

Have you ever used DMSO looks like a very DIY solution with a lot of trial and error. No one here on this thread seems to know exactly what to mix with DMSO to help the fibrotic tissue disorder in the penis. DMSO+X Revisited 2019

They have discussed vitamin C and iodine as well as many other things.

I would just refer back to my original comment and to other articles on here about aspirin.

As far as we've observed for the last 30 years, nothing. If you are sending a frequency to remove scarring to a healthy non-scarred tissue, the frequency doesn't resonate with the tissue, so nothing happens. If however, the tissue is scarred, the scars melt away and range of motion increases back to normal. We have plenty of experience with that.

You can think of it like this: you have two cars and two sets of car keys. Pick up your key fob for car A and point it to car B. The frequencies are being sent but the car doesn't resonate, so nothing happens and no harm is done. Point it at car A, voila, magic happens, doors open etc.

No experience but if you want to address your issue specifically, then you need to use something that will mechanically dissolve the scarring. The only technology I know of that does that is FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent). I use it on my clients to remove scarring in all sorts of tissues and it works like a dream to improve range of motion/mobility. Find somebody near you :):

Fibrosis is really just scarred tissue. We have a frequency for both scarring and fibrosis. Usually we run them both. Most of the time the scarring frequency works better.
How many applications would I need? How effective is it breaking the fibrosis? Any complications with normal tissue?

If the crux of the problem is indeed scarring/fibrosis, which it seems to be in most cases, then one session should make a big difference or get rid of it completely. Normal tissue doesn't get affected. The only precaution is that you don't want to undergo this if you've had any recent injury that needs to scar in order to stabilize (e.g. twisted ankle), in which case you'd need to wait for 6 weeks before undergoing this treatment. (For broken rib/s you'd have to wait for 12 weeks.) This is due to the body being a superconductor.
