Hello guys and girls,
long time reader of forums and I felt it is the time for me to post about my issues with latest blood test results.

Male 36 years old. 190 lbs. I'm coming off SSRI which is Zoloft (100mg or 50mg) for 5 years. Last pill was february 2016. Before that time my issues started with no libido (no morning wood, no spontaneous erections, cold penis, extreme fatigue, mood swings, no gains at gym) at September 2015 and gradually increased. Severe undereater like 1000-1500kcals at that time, overtraining like 5 days per week maybe more. night sweats. Not sleep well, wake up maybe 5-6 times for no reason. Gain weight despite brutal training.

What I've changed since february 2016 till now is eating high calories 2500-3000kcals a day.Now 220 lbs but I do reverse diet with good strength training. no overtraining 2 days strength 3 days walking 90 minutes. sleeping good no wake-ups anymore. Corrected micro nutrition deficiencies by supplements. low libido and ed still big issue for me. Doctors prescribe me with bandaid cialis 5mg but its a simple bandaid. I'll include screenshots any feedback is golden for me.

3- picture; I add this especially because I went to Thailand at 2015 July and have group sex parties and nasty stuff. My problems like ed, tanked libido and depression started after this trip. August 2015 problems started to peek at december2015 - january 2016 - february 2016. I believe this positive bacterias related to this trip. If it is linked to my symptoms feel free to guide me. Thank you reading this long post. Also sorry for my english it is not my native language.

SSRI drugs are known to cause all of these issues. Anti-serotonin drugs like cyproheptadie are commonly used to reverse sexual dysfunction caused by an SSRI. Please look at Wikipedia page on cyproheptadine.
The infection results should be addressed. Your doctor can prescribe something for the chlamydia and things like methylene blue or adamantane derivatives can help with herpes. A single dose of 5mg methylene blue followed by exposure to bright sunlight for 2-3 hours should have an effect on viral numbers. You can repeat this regimen 2-3 times a week and then retest.
If there is active infection that may prevent thyroid from working properly and also prevent supplemental thyroid from having any good effects. So, again, addressing infection is important in my opinion.
