Hey all,
So I’m 26 with a bald spot I don’t have the best hairline and density but that’s okay I can live with it, but I’ve been thinning considerably at my vertex which has me genuinely concerned, despite the look, the only other people I see with vertex/crown thinning are old men, like 50+.
I’m overweight for sure, struggle with “stress” but nonetheless this is concerning and not sure what I can do about it.
Whilst it’s common for men to lose their hair in 20/30s I very very rarely see men with bald spots on the crown at my age, I have noticed larger men have this issue.
Do we think this could be related to heart/cardiovascular health?
