What's the problem with orange juice? If it's the acid, you can add a pinch of baking soda.I’d rather take more nutritious stuff than sugar for it. Honey and chocolate comes to my mind, but Whatelse would work?

Besides raw honey and maple syrup, I’ve used fruit molasses (fig), apple sweetener, date syrup and coconut nectar. These are some of the brands I keep on hand:I’d rather take more nutritious stuff than sugar for it. Honey and chocolate comes to my mind, but Whatelse would work?

Oh I like that one! I have a bottle of maple syrup that is TOO sweet, that I wont get rid of because of it's high vitamin content.Bourbon maple syrup! Yummmmy milk. Maple syrup aged in old barrels used to make bourbon.

I use to love the "Master Clease Diet" lemonade, sweetened with maple syrup, instead of white sugar, and also has cayenne pepper. It was so addicting and energizing, that I hated going off the diet. Now that my tree lemons are ripe, with loads of Meyer's and Eureka lemons, I will have to see if it is a good fit for this intense maple syrup.That sounds like it could be yummmy in milk...
