Well their yogurt is the absolute best but I can't tolerate a lot of yogurt because of the lactic acid. If you have someone to share it with it might be worth a try just because it's so delicious. They use microbial enzymes in most of their cheeses so it depends on how you tolerate those. Mostly I buy meat, poultry, eggs, honey and produce that other farmers bring to their farmers market.
