Brown Rice And Intestinal Problems

This site talks about soaking it for 7 hours, some add apple cider vinegar or yogurt:

They say you can also sprout it: "Although sprouting brown rice shows positive impacts on reducing phytic acid and increasing mineral bioavailability, it takes many days to achieve the best results"

I have trouble with its digestion; causes bloating and strong fatigue. Never tried it sprouted. I have heard Peat talk about sprouting a few other foods to neutralize the toxins and make digestion easier.

If brown rice is problematic than stick to easy to digest white rice.
