White rice causes me white tounge I removed it and now these no white tounge lol..
I also noticed I stutter a bit, my speech doesn't flow so well.. Anyone else notice that?
That can cause “slurred” speach, but stuttering? With your post history of sugar causing skin issues and now white rice causing white tongue/speech issues, you are probably low on b vitamins.
Yeah. Acetylcholine and b1 especially is correlated with speech fluency. Alcoholics, who are known to struggle with B1 deficiency, have fluency issues and stutters. That can cause “slurred” speach, but stuttering?
I hope you are right.Yeah. Acetylcholine and b1 especially is correlated with speech fluency. Alcoholics, who are known to struggle with B1 deficiency, have fluency issues and stutters.
In my opinion, the likelihood of him being b vitamin deficient is high. I hope I can help him, and others can help him, but he has been making these posts for years now and still has the same problems. It will come to a point where he has to figure out his problems and experiment on his own. I don’t mean just doing something for a week, I mean committing to doing something for months straight. If he has had skin issues, bowel issues and food intolerances, he shouldn’t expect to see a different in just a couple weeks.I hope you are right.
I agree, his posts have been desperate for too long, and something needs to seriously change. I feel bad for him.In my opinion, the likelihood of him being b vitamin deficient is high.
