Less motivation, brain fog, tendency to get headaches if I forget to take caffeine for a few days, it becomes economically expensive-ish, all of my preferred sources of caffeine are high in fluoride as well, feel slightly weaker in the gym, can't eat as much

yea that's not worth it. You did say you were drinking 1.5 g tho. Thats a fu** ton. I think daily 250 mg a day in the form of milky coffee (more milk than coffee) is the ideal way to take coffee. drinking 1.5 g is like using caffeine as crack rather than a supplement.

Yeah I'm thinking maybe I'll respond to caffeine better if I take enough time off of it that my body doesnt expect a borderline toxic dose when caffeine is involved
