2 or 3 good friends but I think the "friends" with which you can talk about everything, good food, some hobby where you are like child again and can you expand yourself. Even good coffe with nice music when you wake up is enough to be happy sometimes.

  • Keeping your mind active and new by learning a new language or musical instrument or other skill. You could use coffee and vitamin B1 to aid learning, as Ray did when he was cramming for his French exam!
  • Also, perhaps connected to your point about waking up like it's Christmas every morning, believing in a benevolent (or at least not malevolent) universe. Expecting good things to happen each day, and looking out for them throughout the day.
