Hi, this post is long overdue...

I've been using Mitolipin (20 drops orally every evening, before bed) and Tocavit (10-15 drops orally every morning). My temps are consistently 98.6 and frequently 99.1-99.5 near bedtime. My hands and feet are always warm, not uncomfortably warm. The only time my temp is not in this range is when I'm menstruating, during that time I wake up to temps of 98-98.3, then 98.5-98.7 in the evening, this persists throughout menstruating and for a couple days after it ends (I'm still trying to figure this part out). Ultimately, these supplements are working for me, even better than taking T3, my temps are more consistent. I still take T3, Specifically T3 Pro 10 Mcg's per day.

*I started Mitolipin April 20th and Tocavit sometime early June*

I'm 37 years old, regular cycles, no birth control use ever, no children, work and run occasionally. My supplement regiment includes the following: Niacinamide (3-5 days a week), Decalcify (3-5 days a week), Asprin (Addict/Daily), Vit A 10000 IU (3-5 days a week), D 5000 IU (3-5 days a week)

My/our best temps seem to be when eating low fat/no fat.

Rats started Ritanserin, but that is for another post, didn't appear to alter temps.

If anybody else tracks their cycles and has feedback about my temp scenario, please advise.

    Thanks!

Thanks for sharing, this is great!
Temps sound good.....what kind of feedback are you looking for?

How much niacinamide do you take?
