That sounds great Bluebell. Here are my questions:

1. Pure alpha-tocopherol or mixed tocopherols? What is better? What is the optimal dose per day?
2. Did the previous intervention trials which tested vitamin E fail because they used synthetic (all-rac)-alpha-tocopherol and not natural (RRR)-alpha-tocopherol?
3. Any precautions to be taken when doing long term high dose supplementation?

In case this hasn't been added on this thread, here is short email quote by RP on vitamin E causing maybe nausea: "Pure vitamin E doesn't have any toxic effects, except when it's enough to irritate the intestine, probably because of viscosity." That quote was on the RP Q&A forum in the email exchanges.
