So since oral vitamin E makes me nauseous, I tried applying it to a thin area such as my shins. Problem I noticed just a couple of hours later is that is caused me to bruise and made me really sore in the area applied. I used Thorne's Ultimate E, any ideas what happened??
I read that it could be due to blood thinning, never imagined that the effect could be so instant?!

I used to bruise easy. Now, as long as I remember to supplement vit-K every few days, I don't.

I use vitamin K, maybe not enough, do you take it orally or topical?
About 4 mg K2 (4 drops thorne/health natura), mostly topically but sometimes I have some orally, a couple of times a week.
