Usage Of Pau D'Arco As A Supplement

Hi there everyone Is Pau D'Arco's iron content reason for worry? Also, this stuff as a tablet has helped my chronic inflammatory pain in my lungs ALOT, it's just miraculous. I have tried alot of stuff but nothing has helped at all, and only Pau D'Arco did!! Even after 2 doses it already subsided tremendously.
