Tocopherol-MCT base VS. Ethanol base

Hi everyone.

I notice haiduts supplements have many options for ethanol vs. Tocopherol. I always chose ethanol due to a longer shelf life but want to hear any opposing views. Does anyone find tocopherol base superior for any reasons? This could be absorption and effect or anything else.
