Anybody else agree? I realized after a while I do way better with sucrose and not fructose.
Basically couldn’t find any fruit that works, and maple syrup really works for me amAzingly. Honey does not, and than I realized honey is mostly fructose.
So I started using only maple syrup and white sugar. Much much better, no post meal gut issues, no more liver pain, better bowels. Increased carbon dioxide scene through MUCH better ability to catch a deep breath.
