Hello,
I am dealing with a sore throat and an inflamed lymph node on the right side of my neck. However, the left side is normal. I don't have any white spots on my tonsils but I do notice quite a bit of white on my tongue (bacteria). The weeks prior I was taking kelp nearly every day (200-400mg of iodine).
Do you think this is a case of bacterial infection in my throat or an overactive thyroid due to increased iodine supplementation? Or something else related to lymph inflammation?
