Thanks to those who recently helped with suggestions on breathing issues. I've been taking 300mg thiamine a day, occasionally mag glycinate. I seem to be doing a bit better.
Brings me to my next issue. I am so extremely exhausted, on-edge, and sore. I just started taking vitamin D, so we will see if it helps.
I sleep 8-10 hours a night, wake up feeling like I didn't sleep a minute, and am a walking zombie all day. Come 9 PM, I'm ready to roll and not tired. Any suggestions? I'm a 38 y/o male, and feel like a complete slug. I try and walk about 10k steps a day, and definitely feel better when it's warmer out, but obviously I can't control that. I'm so achy and tired.
