Should NDT have a smell?

I just started using 15 mg NDT in addition to Levothyroxine.
The plan is to progressively increase to 1 grain in 1 month.

Should they have any smell?
I even cut the caps to smell the powder inside yet no smell.

I was beginning to wonder if they were fake or something.
Although now I'm only at 15mg /day I don't feel anything yet.

They come in a 'starters kit' with progressive dosing
15 mg the first week
30 mg the second one
45 mg the 3rd one
60 mg (1 grain) the 4th one

So it looks like I'll have to wait for the last weeks

Both Thiroyd and Thyroid-S have some sort of smell. It's a smell of "medicines" IMO. When the tablet is in the mouth/dissolving the smell is much stronger.
