Hi everyone,
I have been eating this way for about 4-5 months.
I am getting salt each day (3-4 teaspoons), eating fruit, milk (with extra sugar in it) 2-3 litres, OJ 2 litres, coconut oil, lots of high cocoa chocolate, beef gelatin 5-6 tablespoons of great lakes, eating good organic cheese and I have built up to two thyroid -s per day. I think that amount will increase as at the moment I still havent hit my correct stable dose. Still looking for a decent aspirin that can be taken in higher doses.
I have been experiencing heart palpatations/fluttering and skipping beats several times a day. No pain at all but it only happens at times when I am feeling anxious/nervous. My temperature is rarely in the right range at the moment as it is clear I have a lot of healing to do.
These heart palpalations etc concern me. Has anyone else had this in the early stages? Can anyone give me an insight as to what is going on?
Also, as I am still trying to get things right, my moods are up and down, often down. Recently this has been getting worse which suggests to me that im either missing important nutrients or something else. I am starting to keep a food dary to look at my nutrients weekly on cronometer so this is the next step.
I think for me is the fact that I am still not able to eat enough. My appetite is poor at the best of times (Years of not eating, often not eating all day just because I would forget to, and heavy athletic training).
Can anyone give me insight/experiences and any advise on the above would be appreciated. Im familiar with the requirements of liver/oysters etc and include liver and sometimes (Not often) oysters but get plenty from the cocoa chocolate in regards to those nutrients.
