Hello,
I wanted to ask about mainly primary, but more secondary hypogonadism, and there can be many causes.
But situation-wise, I had that from teenage years, where both LH would be on the lower side, testosterone as well, estrogen as well.
Then starting more healthy, testosterone-boosting nutrition and lifestyle - WORKING REALLY HARD on that I was able to reach maybe 600-700 ng/dl of Total T.
But the LH would still not cross the average reference range line, and before that would be on the lower side, which I thought maybe the problems are not so much at the gonad level, but more at the brain-level (Hypothalamus or Pituitary)
Therefore, I was thinking if really trying to work hard to boost my testosterone levels at a young age (16-23) seems to be such a hassle, perhaps it would be time to try some kind of medication, such as Clomid (Clomiphene citrate) or anything else. Overall, there is quite a LOT of resistance from my side, because I was always thinking that I can optimize it naturally and tried a lot of NUTRITIONAL , LIFESTYLE , SUPPLEMENTAL things (sleep, circadian rhythm, blue light blocking, nutrition, low pufa, eggs, cholesterol, vitamin D, boron, exercise, calisthenics, zinc, tongkat ali, ashwagandha, forskolin, bioenergetic diet, low stress , sunlight and like MANY MANY more things hehe ), but it reaches a certain threshold and cannot go more than 750-800 ng/dl, but I think as a Man I deserve more, especially at my age.
Therefore, do you have any tips for other ways to boost it both at the BRAIN & GONADAL level, in cases of secondary hypogonadism as well, perhaps any other protocols or medications that work more in a natural way, but do not cause side effects (maybe one of them is the Clomid, maybe there are others?).
Any experiences and success stories will be kindly appreciated. Also maybe the experts here, like @haidut or @Hans would have some insights. I would really appreciate it.
Thank you, everyone.
Cheers!
