PREGNENOLONE: What's Your Experience?

Hey all!!

What's your experience been like with supplementing Pregnenolone??

What's the one thing you think no one knows about it?


Does it have a "crash"?

Hi Lokzo,
in Australia, the govt has classified progesterone, pregnenolone and dhea as dangerous substances. So the public knows little or nothing about them. I can send O/S for preg and pro for personal use but dhea can't be obtained at all. Pregnenolone is available to me atm fairly easy so I have been taking some for lower back ache.

I take 300mg twice a week and find it works well. It also makes my hair go very static(y). It might help other ways but I can't tell.
Haidut posted an article on his web site about pregnenolone for backache which validated my experience.

Heart palps , swollen everything. I hate the stuff unless it is a lowwwww dosage.

Lol the rules just make me laugh.


I have some Pregnenolone coming, 15mg sublingual tablets. Planning on starting on a 1/4.

What do you men static(y) hair? Not good?
