Peaty Chinese Food

Anybody know any good Peaty recipes for Chinese food? Things like sweet and sour chicken, chow mein, etc.

I've incorporated Ray Peat inspired ingredients into many Asian dishes I make.
My favorite: Coconut curry fried rice
2 cups rice
1 cup vegetable blend (corn, carrots, peas, etc)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup curry powder
2 tbps coconut oil
optional 4 oz diced meat (liver, oxtail)

Make it like regular fried rice, add the coconut milk to the vegetables after they are sauteed then fry up the rice before combining. Add lots of curry powder.

On request I can get more granular.
