Does anyone know whether Peat gives any credit to the Chinese way of seeing foods as either hot or cold for your body?
I’m a rather cold/damp person in the Chinese register of things, so whenever I eat ginger/garlic/spices I feel a lot better, my metabolism and body temperature are higher.
Does this bear any credibility in a Peat diet?
Can it be explained through a rational peaty way which is less « mystical » than the Chinese way?
