I tried it this morning.
Well...I don't have a proper thermometer,
but I approximated the low temp water first,
then a bit hotter,
then finally almost boiling.

I do think it may really work.
It was an exceptional cup of coffee.
Then again, it was Gevalia.
Rich.
Never bitter.
