It seems that the World-kitchen,as opposed to Dutch kitchen, has lots of Peatfriendly or adaptable recipes....especially the more Tropical countries.Thougth I'd post it here bc well,sometimes when I read stuff at Peat boards you constantly read the same of drinking OJ and Milk,which doesnt sound that appealing&fun.
This Recipe for a Dominican breakfast style recipe ( basically scrambled eggs,plantain,cheese and some onion&tomato) can easily be translated towards a Peat style of eating:

And I guess you could eat the dish whenever you feel like it.I guess if you feel like it you could also fry the plantains instead of boiling&mashing them.
