Hi guys! I'm here to share my great experience with what i call "my personal digestive combo". I dont drink milk, because i react badly, so i decided to introduce new foods to keep my protein: carb ratio correct. So I decided to put sweet potatos in my diet because i read a lot of good things about it, a good response in my digestion happened when i started to eat it with coffee, my bowel movement normalize and my stools seems really healthy, i hope it can help someone with digestive issues somehow.
