K2 Mk-4 or Mk-7?
Which one should I use?

I use Mk-7 (400mcgs) because of a higher half life. The downside is it's typically made from fermented soy (natto). Mk-4 products, at least the good ones, are typically more expensive as well.

Apparently they all have different actions, and may all be useful depending on what you seek to achieve here. Thorne makes a great product called 3K complete, with a whopping 5MG ofMK4, some K1, and MK7.
