Aside from Blood Clotting regulation, what else can K 1 do in the body ? Can any of it possibly convert to K2 ? I take 2 LE Super K sometimes but that is 3MG of K1. That is not too bad because I take 2 Aspirin with it.

ray seems ok with k1 , also there are studies showing it gets converted into k2 and carboxylate osteocalcin very well:

If your good with A and D , i switched to the codeage adk product. I didnt like the fillers in les super k and its sourced from soy
