What would a nutrient dense diet look like? Would something like this be good enough?

-ground/beef ~0.5-1lb a day
-2 eggs
-8 oz of liver weekly
-lots of fruits- 2 apples, 3 oranges, 4 dates, 1 cup of grapes
-veggies- 1 carrot?

I think I need more nutrient dense foods right?
What are some examples of nutrient dense foods, excluding starches like potatoes.

This may mess up your "Fernstrom Ratio", that is, the balance of amino acids that you consume.

You can search that term on this forum.

In short, you may want to add Gelatin, Bone Broth, Beef Tendon, or animal meat that comes from other parts of the animal than just muscle.

Ray discusses this here: Gelatin, stress, longevity

I also notice that you are avoiding dairy products, like yogurt or kefir. Why?
