Hi everyone,
Not sure what my next move should be. I am relatively new to peating and have not been able to do it 100% as body is unable to cope.
My limitations is I can not tolerate OJ or any form of dairy at all! I have tried every type and all cause irritability and mood swings aswell as insomnia!
Positives: since reducing PUFAs and going gluten free my brain fog has gone, tiredness has reduced.
Daily carrot in coconut oil has been great for my digestion
Coffee with sugar and gelatine has at times made me feel 'normal again'
Negatives:
Underweight
still tiredish
Depression
INSOMNIA
My intolerances Eggs, Dairy and gluten.
My diet consists of rice, potatoes, kale broccoli, all muscle meat, coffee and gelatin in morning, UK coca cola.
Fruit is hard to come by but I just have the occasional melon.
I dont take any thyroid and I have purchased Pregnenolone but too scared to take it.
My next move is going to be eggshell calcium and maybe aspirin but not sure which brand!
Any commments would be great as im really stuck.
Jay
