I have recently been feeling some stomach issues / clogging. Not sure if it's related, but I have recently upped my oral Vitamin K2 intake. I was taking around 20 - 25 mg orally. Is that excessive? How would I know when I've taken too much?

Edit: I've also noticed I've recently lost my taste for cheese, really only want milk. Could this be because the Vitamin K in the cheese?

When I first took Super K, with K1, Mk4, mk7, I got the worst cramping in my gut. That was only about 2.5 mg total, so I could imagine how 20 mg must feel. That's a huge dose, and I have no idea why the cramping occurs. Conversion in the belly, chelates of Calcium, etc. ? I do believe it's possible to use too much K, especially if no Aspirin or Vitamin D demands it.
