I’ve come off about a year and a half of supplementing Vit D and I think from symptoms it’s highlighted how low in Magnesium I am. I seem to have trouble getting enough Mag in as I don’t seem to tolerate Mg glycinate anymore. I am now using Mg spray and gel which is Mg Cl.

I want to try supplementing Vit K as I have had to use a lot of antibiotics in my life due to chronic sinus issues. I also have poor skull and facial development and tooth cavities from too much mouth breathing while growing, so I feel I need the K to address that shortfall.

How much do you think I can take while not supplementing the other fat solubles A, D and E? I have had Vit A in the past in the form of retinol, retinal palmitate, and Beta carotene. However it makes my lips and tongue purple and cracked if I take too much and makes my depression worse. E I seem to find trouble finding one I don’t react poorly too.
