How harmful are parabens in toothpaste?

This is one of the best fluoride-free toothpastes I can find in my country. It contains hydroxyapatite and xylitol, and doesn’t contain SLS or peroxides. The only downside I can see is the parabens that it contains, probably to extend its shelf life, as parabens are antimicrobial agents.

Since I will not be digesting them, and I thoroughly rinse my mouth right after I am done brushing my teeth, I thought the amount of parabens that are absorbed through my gums wouldn’t be too much of a concern. Still, I’d like to read your opinion. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I just saw it also contains sodium benzoate, so I would appreciate your thoughts on that, as well as parabens.
