Ever since I was 14 my facial fat/volume mostly around eyes and chin can sometime just disappear, usually after sleep and can take days to weeks to recover. I wonder if it’s due to hormone imbalance? if so, what hormone could be causing it?

If there are remarkable changes overnight, I somehow doubt it's even the fat (though I don't really know). Couldn't it be related to fluid retention? Are there any accompanying symptoms with the volume loss and/or the recovery?

Hi, yes I am not entirely sure if its fat loss but when it happens my cheeks and eyes will appears sunken and saggy like fat loss my nose and mouth also swollen a bit, I did consider dehydration skin as a cause but I tried drinking a lot more water and it didnt seem to help.

When those symptoms occurs, my hair also look dull and lack of electricity
