Hello Haidut,

Before i get into this i just want to shout out a big thanks for your diligent work, helping folk all across the world. God bless man, really.

Objectives: Get 1500+ ng/dl testosterone, first i'd like to get to 1000-1200ng/dl before getting into those mystical ranges. Goals are sexual organ/reproductive system health and vitality, neurotransmitters and social and mental benefits, and a significant increase in lean contractile tissue & ripped and all the other amazing benefits of being high test and androgenic. Aesthetic wise too.

I have a prolactin problem, and i was thinking about supplementing cabergoline and vitamin E.

Questions:
What do you recommend starting wise for someone to get that high of testosterone?

Thoughts on things like DSIP and supplementing L-carnitine tartrate?

Any tips for increasing height growth and frame size?

Thoughts on this stack for all the aforementioned benefits: Gonadin + Androsterone+ Pansterone+ Diamant and alot of raw foods, herbs (ashwaganddha ksm-66, butea superba, l-arginine/carintine, etc)

Any tips for increasing parasympathateic nervous function and better acetylcholine/nitric oxide levels?

Any tips for increasing metabolism and liver health?

What makes DHT attach to hair rooting cells? stress?

Best tips for one to maximize puberty and athletic output?

And lastly for all things considered which is better, Androsterone or Exemestane (aromasin) ?

I feel like this is already alot of questions for now but it would mean alot if you responded bro, thxs

I have around 1500 ng T, but it do nothing for me, I have a thread in this forum about my situation, even with high T levels I am very skinny, hard gainer with extreme fatigue since I was kid. Currently I am following some tips I received in my thread.

Do you have a pic of your blood test results?

I'd recommend you get on the primal diet by aajonus vonderplanitz tbh.

You sound malnourished and toxic.

I doubt with such issues you hypergonadal and have 1500+ ng/dl tbh

If you want to know Haidut's general thoughts on the things you listed, he has posted them on the forum. Search it, and you will find.

As for some of your questions, I doubt he will respond, because whether you realized it or not, answering some of them could fall into the category of "unlicensed medical advice," which would be illegal. Your first question is a prime example of exactly that.

If you are seeking personalized advice for any condition, you need to seek out a competent licensed medical professional.

That's fine but as stated on the site, not to take anything as medical advice anyways

What are ur free testosterone and estrogen levels like??
my free T is also pretty high, around 1.51 nmol/L which is two times the normal range, my progesterone is also high (2.2 ng) I didn’t check for estrogen, I Dont think my problem is hormones, there is a bigger issue affecting me. I have seen a lot of low T guys (around 500 ng) with better shape and energy than me.

My sun exposure is good, with high vit D levels. My sleep is awful, i suffer from strong insomnia and my diet I think is not that good to, which I am trying to improve.
You can follow my situation in this thread -> Help with strong adhd, insomnia, low energy overall
I appreciate any two cents. Thanks
Have you had any dental work?

Your brain lacks quality protein

Drink raw milk, go to a beach, do some grounding, have some meat/milk/honey before you sleep.

DSIP can temporarily help with insomnia as a band-aid.

Nude sunbathe and sun your perineum

Eat raw animal fat and abstain from sexual practices for a bit

Whether you think it's "medical advice" or not really isn't the issue. It's how authorities can view it, and it sure seems like you are asking for "medical advice" to me, based on their definition. Enough to the point that I wouldn't risk answering your questions, and I certainly wouldn't risk it if I had a business to protect.

Hey Panda,

Looks like someone has gotten into Derek and some purple pandas. I will try to answer all of your questions briefly; a lot of this information is available on the forum and it is heavily dependent on the individual, their learning history, and environment.

In general, high T can be obtained through sunlight, small amounts of weight-lifting, high metabolism, avoiding PUFA, having cholesterol-rich meals, etc. Most people turn to this forum to heal their health issues so it is not often to find people with that high of T levels (maybe haidut or @Lokzo have gotten there before). I would say to increase thyroid, make sure you get enough alkaline minerals (Na, K , Ca, Mg), eat a lot of carbs, eat only SFA, eat a lot of raw cholesterol like raw beef or egg yolks, etc. Lanolin is a good supplement with sunlight as well.

L-carnitine L-tartrate can be cortisol-raising and it increases fat oxidation. I think @Hans has some articles about increases AR sensitivity; but in general, weight-lifting and sunlight can be very helpful. Lowering SHBG too.

Height and frame size should be based on calcium, high protein (maybe 30g a serving), and light stretching and exercise. Lowering estrogen will also be very helpful; I can't make any recommendations due to you around puberty but diet, sunlight, and increasing the metabolism is helpful.

If you are worried about the size of your member, focus on your metabolism and getting sunlight/redlight. Lanolin and some light stretching has helped me. Holistic health is way better than the health of a body-part. I would also remove the ashwagandha (see @Lokzo postings about this) and carnitine.

CO2 is a better vasodilator than NO. Focus on reducing iNOS and nNOS. eNOS goes up with DHT and you can supply it with citrulline if you really want some kind of NO precursor. Not for use daily.

Sunlight, gelatin, b-vitamins, coffee, and the carrot salad help a lot with liver health.

DHT can cause localized vasoconstriction which is one way people associate it with MPB. Massage your scalp daily (15-20min) for blood flow.

Stop looking at possible SERMs, SARMs, or other T-derivatives. I think low dose Preg and DHEA might do you even better. Niacinamide, caffeine, and maybe a bit of nicotine for increased DHT signaling. Cistanche or Butea Superba if you really want.

Appreciate the lengthy informative response brother first off

Damn

I thought it was the opposite and very effective at fat loss and increasing AR receptor density and sensitivity

Recent research has shown it has a host of roles outside of the mitochondria, including boosting androgen receptors and their sensitivity. Studies have shown that taking 2g of an L-carnitine supplement can boost androgen receptors within 3 weeks, and may promote recovery from exercise [4]

Any sources that assert calcium's effects on height and frame size?

Any tips for metabolism?

Interesting stuff mate.......

How can I increase CO2 and reduce iNOS and nNos?

Any foods high in citrulline? Raw celery root looks golden, some it a natural viagra.

. I think low dose Preg and DHEA might do you even better. Niacinamide, caffeine, and maybe a bit of nicotine for increased DHT signaling. Cistanche or Butea Superba if you really want.
Yea Pansterone was always a given. What makes you think low dose Preg and DHEA could do me even better?

Thoughts on scrotum k2 (kuinone) and gonadin usage for androgens?

Yea I've been looking at boosting aterial hemodilation and overall bodily blow flood and my parasympathetic nervous function.

Any other tips?

Vaccum cupping looks great.

Niacinamide, caffeine, and maybe a bit of nicotine for increased DHT signaling. Cistanche or Butea Superba if you really want.
Cistanche or Butea superba which is better?

Could Nicotine gum surfice for increased 5-ar signalling?

Lastly final tips for getting leaner?

A physique like this would be nice to say the least

ANDROGEN RECEPTORS: 27 best ways to increase it
^^an article by @Hans

Ray typically argues against things that increase fatty acids in the blood stream and things that increase fat-oxidation. He argues that slow fat-burning through liver detoxification is the healthiest way to do it. IMHO increasing uncoupling is faster for fat loss and creates other benefits as well. There's a lot of posts on this forum about increasing the metabolism but in short: eat carbs and sugar often, salt everything, drink water when you need to (and away from meals), use only SFA when cooking (stay away from PUFA), niacinamide, sunlight, redlight, light concentric exercises, etc.

CO2 is created through the citric acid cycle, speeding that up will increase its production. By inhibiting carbonic anhydrase through caffeine, pomegranate juice, thiamine, etc. you can increase its retention which has a whole host of benefits. For your member, Icariin, aspirin, and caffeine work great. Ideally, you should not need NO precursors. Beets before going on a date could help a lot but should be used sparingly.

Fat-loss should be a bit slow, it's mostly recomposition for people here. I would focus on building muscle and fixing the metabolism; leanness comes a bit later. Cistanche has a whole bunch of benefits so I would push for that first; butea superba is missing a lot of studies. Don't start nicotine if you are not already using, it's not really worth it.

Feel free to PM me, we can talk on discord if you want.

I gotta agree with what @tankasnowgod has advised the @TheBeastPanda

Stop posting such obvious medical inquiries.

Seriously what is up with all these young men in the mid 20s that seem like they didn't have a father growing up and are just aimlessly wandering?

What's the issue here? is there a rule against it? you're not forced to answer my question?

2) Why were u so quick to assume ones age?

and who here is aimless?

Why do you feel the need to take shots at someone or imply such. You werent forced to click on this thread nor respond to it
