I can tell my sleep wasn't so good the night before because my skin looks pale and 'empty'. It's rare I get a good night sleep anyway... I also find that if I go too long without food, that usually triggers some breakout, again along my jawline.

I found that supplemented daily retinol really worked for acne (liver is probably better), even if it's only a band-aid and the true problem lies in the diet or lifestyle - it won't fix your sleep, skin paleness, anxiety...

I'm already supplementing Nutrisorb-A and I have liver in the freezer, ready in 12 days to eat as a raw cube...

To clarify, my sleep issues isn't because of my skin (most of the time), it's likely after almost half a decade of studying Architecture with endless 8am-3am the following day getting work done, not to mention days of all-nighters. That's in the past but I don't think I've managed to re-set my body clock? The result is when I wake up after a restless night, my body hasn't managed to recover which shows in my skin.

Anxiety is a common trait in Hypo folks, as is self doubt.
