My interpretation of this chart is that you get more intense red frequencies from incandescent lights than from red lights. Is this correct?

I believe the reason Ray recommends heat lamps, is that you can always increase the red amplitude by increasing wattage. But incandescents (and halogens) have too much blue (and UV).

I guess what matters is the proportion of blue light, that it is as low as possible. Could a mathematician on the forum find the proportion of blue light from those graphs?
