What are some medicines to know about in case Covid-19 strikes a household? Including both:

- OTC items for the medicine cabinet?
- Prescription drugs to be requested if so needed?

One thing to consider that hasn't been mentioned too much on the forum (that I've seen) would be Gatorlytes (Gatorade, the Sports Fuel Company) - Since COVID can cause prolonged fevers, keeping electrolytes up might be very beneficial. Fever, while also beneficial, has a way of draining reserves and thereby possibly raising the risks of associated complications.

Anything that lowers serotonin like cyproheptadine

The chinese were using losartan also which is prescription

And a few grams of vit c every 30 minutes to an hour
