Just get some quality local milk, meat, eggs, and fruit. Shakes, powders, and most supplements are overrated imo. Better to spend money on the highest quality unprocessed food you can get than trying to construct a combo of processed foods that look good on paper, but in reality aren’t that great.I was thinking for a good meal/breakfast replacement:
Milk powder 50g
Collagen 20g
Sugar 50g
Anything else?
I do coconut water, powdered skim milk, gelatin, maple syrup and ceylon cinnamon and it's pretty tasty. sometimes add melted butter too
i put in a cup and do 7 clockwise stirs, then 11 counterclockwise stirs, followed by 3.5 final clockwise stirs
One powdered "meal" I use daily is about 1l of sweet OJ + 30g casein
