Advice on my “stack” please? I also ramble on a bit

365g aspirin each morning

20g vital protein beef gelatin (split morning/night)

1g Niacinamide split three times daily with carbs,fructose etc

2.1mg vitamin k (mix of mk4/7) each morning

5kiu vitamin D each morning

about a half to full gram b1 spread over day on average, taking also magnesium in form of malate each dose

a zinc/selenium combo each morning, small dose

50mg p5p each morning

Vit C 1 gram extended release each morning

Vitamin B 100 complex to ensure I’m not neglecting any of the smaller ones each morning

I put B2 in each new OJ (large container) for iv drip like effect lol

coconut oil in coffee with sugar, milk

Man that sounds like a lot!! But really its not as I prepare it all once every two weeks (for most part) then its just few secs taking the pills each day

My big question is am I neglecting to include anything? The big one for me is maybe I need TMG to go with the NAM?

My conditions (which have improved on this protocol along with peat inspired diet) are: insulin sensitivity (perceived), brain fog, cold temps, verbal fluency, air hunger, anxiety. I think the root of all my issues is liver issues, insulin resistance. Eating less fat has improved things a lot too. Sorry for the rambling

I ask a similar question a few weeks back and stack was kind of similar with a few more things. They told me I was taking to much but people offered there suggestions.
