I put them in cold water for 10 min. and then eat them "raw".
I'm sorry for talking about gelatin again, but I want to learn how to make it too xD

In the package says "6 gelatin sheets (10g) for 500 mL of water."

You said you eat 10 gram gelatin sheet. So, does this mean you would eat all the 6 sheets at once (one package per day)?
Or that you would put the 6 gelatin sheets on 500 mL of water and then you eat 10g of it (gelatin sheet + water)?

What helped best with the bowel movements?

Instead of just eating a carrot I know use this recipe:

That seems to make a difference. Also if I eat mushroom soup in the evening, I seem to have better stools the next day. Lastly, I think that increasing my vitamin A intake have improved my digestion.

I eat 6 sheets at once with every meal. And I eat 6 meals a day, so 36 sheets, and 60 gram of gelatin a day.

Here's what I think.

Shedding is caused by the stress hormones.

Actual male pattern baldness is caused by a tight galea and skull shape.

There is a hypothesis of dht causing skull shape change since it removes fat/subcutaneous tissue.

I now believe LLLT really works and can regrow hair, and that baldness happens because the scalp is simply more sensitive to changes in the mitochondria and metabolism.

I've been using LLLT for a while and it has def helped a lot with my hair loss, improved the quality of my hair and stopped aggressive shedding. I've also as of last week started doing aggressive daily two 20 minute scalp massages per day. I know it is way too early to tell if this will lead to results but so far it really feels like it is making a difference.

DHT does not cause hair loss, or prostate problems , Prostate Cancer

I have gotten good results with this regimen , concentrating on the mitochondria and youthful energy

LLLT - 10 mins a day, or 20 mins every other day

Vitamin a topically, vitamin d topically, on wrist

liquid zinc - essential for skin and hair
liquid copper - to balance the zinc. also for cychrome c to make sure the LLLT works.

oxidal - a mixture of caffeine, methylene blue - to maximise mitochondria. works similar to LLLT.

vitamin b1
vitamin b2
niacinamide
p5p
biotin - all of those increase mitochondria.
b5, b12, b9, PABA , choline/inositol can be avoided.

vitamin k2 15mg capsule - to balance vitamin d and a
pregnenolone capsules - for hormonal support

before bed if they make you tired :
lysine
taurine
glycine - to build healthy collagen

I agree with DHT not causing prostate problems but DHT has some role in hair loss. All 5-AR inhibitors work in atleast stopping the hair loss though they might risk an increase in prostate cancer like Fin, Dut

What liquid zinc do you use?

They don't "all work" . Some people fail with finasteride, saw palmetto etc, they don't have 100% certainty
