Would You Rent An Apartment If Landlord Lived On Your Floor?

Not sure If I should. I mean it's nice to be in contact with them once in a while - but to see them all the time somehow feels out-of-sorts This is a BIG building where she works full time in the office downstairs.

i literally live with my landlord. seconds before i finished typing this, he was watching a youtube clip with me. i personally like him alot, hes a very accommodating and affable person. i dont see why living near them would be bad, considering i actually with mine, and its not that bad.

My Landlord is an old Italian gnome who lives in the garden, I call him the god father, he is a pest.

Seriously, I would meet the land lord and use all your senses and consciousness to perceive if it will work out nicely.
